Obviously, I'm confused...

I keep hearing people say that the President and the economy would be so much better off if he hadn't had Republican roadblocks for the past three years. Now I may be wrong but I thought that the Dems had solid control of both the House and the Senate during the first two years of this administration. During that time we had Nancy Pelosi telling us that they needed to pass Obamacare in order for us to find out what was in it. Of course that was after the President had sworn that no bill would meet his pen without there being time for Amercians to comment on it but that promise was ignored. Also during this time both houses of Congress passed two federal budgets.... oh, wait, they couldn't even do that. President Obama sent multiple budgets to Congress, a Congress solidly controlled by HIS party yet they couldn't pass any of them. The Democratic party has controlled the purse strings of this country for the past six years, no budget has yet been sent to the Republican House,yet somehow this was caused by the Republicans. The same Republicans who couldn't get even one amendment appended to the healthcare takeover bill. Obviously, though, I am the one that is confused, facts don't seem to matter to the national press or other supporters of this administration.
